Delete your account

You can delete your Leesta account at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. From within the app

Open the Leesta app, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your phone number by SMS first, because deletion cannot be undone.

2. By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@leesta.cy from the phone number on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with. We will verify it is you before acting on the request.

We complete deletion within 30 days of the request, and usually immediately.

What is deleted

Your account — your name and phone number.
Your booking history as it relates to you.
Every message you have sent to a venue or to Leesta support.
Any waitlist entries you are holding.
Your no-show record.
Your push notification token.
References to any card you saved. Card details themselves are held by Stripe, never by Leesta.

What venues keep

Venues keep a record of the reservation itself — the date, time, party size and table. Your name, phone number and account are removed from it, so the record is no longer linked to you and is no longer personal data. Venues need this to keep their own booking and accounting history intact.

Other rights

You can also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@leesta.cy and we will respond within one month.
